Our customized gowns are individually handmade according to your specific requests and the measurements provided. Please ensure that you carefully review the product description before placing your order.

Each gown is handcrafted with great care and undergoes thorough quality control. Every garment is carefully inspected for defects or faults prior to delivery. As each gown is handmade, slight variations in fabric color and embellishments may occur, particularly due to differences between fabric batches.

We offer size customization, with a standard production period of 12 business days. Please note that this production period refers to the crafting of the gown and does not include shipping time.

As our gowns are made-to-measure and labor-intensive, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for customized gowns. A gown that does not fit properly but has been made according to the measurements and specifications provided at the time of ordering cannot be returned or exchanged.
